About SALVADOR FERNANDEZ

Sal is a licensed REALTOR in Rhode Island and Massachusetts with Coldwell Banker Realty located in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.

He has a construction management background derived from gaining industry experience in the field while honing construction expertise that has become invaluable to our clients as he guides them carefully throughout the new construction process. Sal has a graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Masters in Renewable Energy from the Dominican Republic. He has worked in the construction management field for more than 8 years.

His involvement and interaction in the construction process of residential homes in the US and abroad makes Sal keenly aware of the many pitfalls to  help navigate our clients in both buying and selling real estate.

Sal’s passion for real estate is equaled with his love of his family as he describes himself as a family man - in love with his wife as they recently started their family with their boy who is almost two years old. Sal also has a great passion for sports, including soccer and Judo, and he’s also a big dog lover.
