Karen’s incredible journey in real estate began 30 years ago when she built her first home, leading to the completion of four more unique residences and renovating several others. With a background in accounting and a deep understanding of the intricacies of home construction and renovation, Karen provides invaluable insights to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Southwest Florida. In addition, Karen is a relocation specialist—streamlining the complex process so clients can focus on the excitement of starting fresh in their new homes.

Growing up in the National Park Service family, Karen lived throughout the eastern United States which fostered her deep appreciation for diverse cultures and lifestyles. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky. Prior to real estate, Karen was a corporate buyer for Federated Department Stores overseeing product selection, merchandising, and sales for costume jewelry departments in over 200 stores. Karen was also a manufacturer’s representative in Dallas, Chicago, and Florida before settling in East Greenwich in 1997. A devoted wife and mother, Karen actively supports her teenage daughter's equestrian endeavors and indulges in personal interests including creating mosaic bead art and nurturing her love for animals, especially horses.
